Yes! 11:11 is kind of a special number for me and my sister, so we were waiting expectantly at a clock as it turned 11:11. i never knew a minute could take so long. a watched pot never boils, I suppose. and I did thank the veterans, I went o ver and gave my grandpa a bit hug. If it weren't for all those brave men (and women), who knows were I would be right now.

My grandpa is a WW2 veteran, and my great-grandpa was a WW1 vet :) Sadly, i wasn't able to speak with my grandpa on Veteran's Day, though :(
